Tried ordering speakers, website said in stock. As soon as I ordered they sent an email saying it was out of stock they would send asap. Waited 3 weeks and finally cancelled my order. Tried again to buy a synth this time, wouldn't give me free shipping and wouldn't provide an alternative option = impossible to order.

It's hands down the best music store in Montreal, especially for DJs like myself! They had all the equipment and cables that I needed - plus the staff is always helpful when I have questions!

Great store. I had the clerk Sophie help me out with picking an interface. She was quite knowledgeable and offered good advice.

Wide Selection headphones , well displayed with a testing station, might I suggest having a DAC or quality audio interface customers can try headphones on for full experience , friendly helpful staff

My first order with Moog Audio was a very good online experience. Their customer service reps were very quick and responsive and they were able to offer a store demo model for a discounted price. I did encounter a minor issue with the product but they were able to provide me with two options and was resolved very quickly.
