Jojo is the best. She sold me the S8+ tablet. Very persuasive and patient. Deserves a raise/promotion!
Don't trade your phones for nothing...been to the store today to get a flip 4 and watch pro 5 but store manager told me trade value for my wife s10 plus 128 Gigs is nil, because of a microscopic scratch...so basically we cannot trade in our phone unless it's brand new...Samsung store does not value our business, maybe they've got too many customers...they've opened 1-2 minutes late today in Sunday...we wasted our Sunday in the line up,instead of quality family time
I can't say enough of my gratitude towards one of the salespeople. He really listened and helped me recover my files from a device I could no longer use because of the port charge being broken. He helped me get some of my files and took the time even though I was not buying anything. It was a few weeks back. I believe Soyer is his name. Genuine, helpful and kind. This is where I will go to buy any product I need in the future. Many thanks.
Officially switching to iPhone! I’ve been a Samsung user my whole life. I’ve already ways been dedicated to buying Samsung products and promoting them. I was so excited when the Samsung z flip phone came out. I got it right away in March. A couple weeks ago my phone randomly just stopped working. The screen was glitching out and the touch sensitivity was gone. I didn’t buy the extra protection plan with Costco because of the one year manufacture warranty. I took my phone into the Samsung store KNOWING the damage to my phone was not physical trusting they would help me fix this. Of course they took my phone examined it and as it was still in really good condition and had a case on. Of course it’s not uncommon to have a mark here and there on a phone. The rep there, told me my phone was not covered because of the tiniest little scratch on my phone and told me the reason my phone was acting the way it was is because of that tiny little mark. Keep in mind I’ve been a Samsung use my whole life, dropped my phones endless of times and still my phones have always worked. I was shocked they used that as an excuse that my phone wasn’t working. With being turned away and now only the option to pay another $1300 for another phone I decided to take my phone down to crystal mall and get a second opinion and quote. The rep at crystal mall said they have had people bringing the phone in with the same issue and they haven’t been able to fix it only Samsung can fix it. They explained that because the foldable screen the touch cable gets damaged easily. I knew this was not a physical damage issue hence why I took it into Samsung to begin with. Now I am stuck with a plan for 2 years and a broken phone I can’t use. Luckily my brother loaned me his iPhone to use and a lot of people have convinced me to move to apple completely because they have phenomenal apple care. Bye Samsung you’ve now lost what would have been a lifetime customer for phones and ALL of your products and my family will now be switching over as well.
I've bought my last 3 phones outright from the Samsung store. I get a cheaper phone plan as a result, and the customer service here is fantastic. I truly appreciate receiving a follow-up text a week after purchase to ask how I'm enjoying my newest device. highly recommend!
So I bought a Samsung Galaxy Flip in January 2022, 4 months in my built in screen protector started peeling off. They wait listed me for that and its been over a month. My front screen out of nowhere is dead now. I take it in to Samsung Metrotown store, and they refuse to even take a look at what’s wrong, because there are a couple tiny scratches on the back, totally irrelevant to my screen. The scratches were from a light drop not even a month into having my phone. So I ask to speak to the manager who is not there, and they give me a business card with 2 managers phone numbers. 1 written with a pen NONE of them respond. So my next step is to file a complaint with BBB and consumers protection, and get this thing sorted. My advise to you, don’t deal with these, Samsung is a big big headache.
The product is good. After sales services is poor. Should you buy your phone online instead? I bought a Z Fold 3 from Samsung in Metrotown back 9 months ago. I bought from them because they were able to match the price from Amazon. I can get a phone without waiting for a shipment. Store experience was great. They helped me for data transfer and setup. I felt like the services was friendly and professional. The Z Fold 3 works great. 9 months pasted. just need to buy a new protective case, and screen protector film. So I went to the store few days ago. I showed them my phone. They said they are selling Z Fold 4 now. all Fold 3 accessories are discontinued. They were busy to selling to other customers. So they spent around 3 minutes to explain this then off you go. Makes me wonder. If I don't have much after sales service and support from the store, may be I should get my phone from Amazon next time.
Great customer service here from the entire team! Sawyer was the one to help us, he is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Thanks for the assistance! I would 100% recommend coming here for any of your Samsung device needs :
I had a really great experience at the Metrotown location. The store associates were attentive, polite and very helpful. I was able to get an amazing deal for my new phone and plan. I would highly recommend this location for all of your Samsung needs.
There is something to say when you have patience for those that work retail, because when you have that patience then you get the best customer service provided. Kevin, the store manager sorry forgot your name and the one female service tech and her partner that helped me with my S22 ultra when the screen was literally half broken you all have been brilliant, professional and understanding. Thanks to this store for what you have done for me.
