The employees at this kiosk are always rude and unhelpful. This koodo location always leaves me with bigger problems and a terrible mood instead of solutions. Not to mention Koodo has a ridiculously stupid ID policy so be prepared to be denied service if you're not carrying your passport on you even if you show them 2 pieces of other government-issued ID. Employees are uneager to help, managers are never present - the only time this place had amazing service was when a great guy named Ryan was running it. They NEED to hire better people

Excellent customer service. Very Honest offers & solutions for all customers. Prices are True and Fair. No hidden fees or gimmicks. They are Original Koodo Booth and very courteous.I will go to this place for getting any Koodo's direct help Warning: Avoid Koodo Kiosk in Centerpoint Mall (the Crooks).

The worker made so many ridiculus mistakes and I had to wait 2 hours standing waiting for them 'on hold'. Hard to find professionalim I would never go there again.
