Decrepit, ceiling tiles molded and water damaged, carpet in shambles, wall panels chipped, broken, and falling apart. The only real redeeming quality about this location is the staff- customer service is excellent. However the lack of quality brands (other than their cheap company brand merchandise), the condition of the store itself, and the fact that there are better electronic stores in the city make the overall experience unpleasant and embarrassing. The company obviously does not care about that location or how it looks to customers.

Only reason I've ever shopped here is because I had mall bucks to spend. Otherwise there's generally better places than this.
