Had them build a custom pc for me. Great customer service, they did the job in a very reasonable time, for a fair price. They went above and beyond to insure that I was satisfied.

I've taken my computer in to Computer Central a couple times (for malware issues). They have definitely got the work done and got my computer back up and running, which is why I gave them 3 stars. Their prices are quite high so I deducted a star for that. On top of that, the last time my $2700 Alienware came back with scratches out of the finish, from what I can only guess, the technician didn't know how to remove the keyboard properly to access the hard drive. I wasn't a happy camper. Another star deducted. :-(

Took my laptop in to have a complete service done. This was a follow up appointment to them coming in remotely to help with an email program issue. When I dropped it off I requested that if I required any new programs to let me know and to make it run quicker and eliminate the pop up for antivirus. They took off all the malware or I'm guessing because there is no longer pop ups. I was told that the updated version of all programs was done and when I got home the email did not work and they had phoned me to confirm I wanted it on my computer. They went in remotely to fix the issue which took quite some time. The next time I turned on my computer I decided to look at the defrag program. I called in and asked if it was part of the service and was told yes, they definitely defragmented the computer not just once but in the notes it said twice. I ran the defrag program and in the statistics it shows only an analysis had been done, never a defrag so 6 hours later my computer was finished defrag. When calling back to share that with them they then say that it is not mandatory. It's wasn't about if it was mandatory or necessary it's about things being done that you say are done to it. Feeling frustrated.

We have purchased 8 computers over the last 6 years as well as numerous pieces of hardware and have yet to have anything fail. I attribute this to their careful research into each component that has made up each machine -- they are hands down the best computer vendor in the city. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable because they are passionate about what they do and they are always eager to help. Whether for personal or business use having Computer Central in your corner is something you will appreciate because with computer equipment it's not if it will fail, it's when it will fail (nothing nowadays lasts forever).
