UPDATE: Despite the owner’s comment below, still unable to reach Cellular Solutions after 5 phone calls. No one addressed my email inquiries as well. I feel like they are deliberately ignoring customers. ——————————————————————— Worst customer service ever. I called their office yesterday to discuss an issue I had with my phone order and port-in request. The representative accused the email confirmation I forwarded was a spam and will not offer any assistance to me while Bell confirmed that the email was not a spam. To top it off, she hang up on me in the middle of our conversation. I tried calling their office for more than 6 times today and was not able to reach any representative. I have purchased multiple phones with cellular solution before and it’s shocking to see how much their service has deteriorated over the years. I have switched to other carriers and stores. It’s just not worth it. Why give customer a hotline to call if no one is there to answer Avoid Cellular Solution if you don’t want to spend hours on the phone going nowhere.
absolutely disgusting way to talk to members and also blatantly lied about when their product would be coming in they tried to tell me that although every other store had the product, they weren’t going to order it so i could purchase. what a joke of a team and the farthest thing i’ve ever seen from “customer service”… a 3 week wait on a iPhone 14+ is ridiculous. they’re floating all over the place right now !!
Dwayne Bailey has been very helpful in helping me to add a new line and migrate my account. He was very quick and efficient informing me every step of the way. People like this are very hard to find these day!
Great customer service! Big thanks to Dwayne at Cellular Solutions. I had sent a request in and Dwayne helped recommend plans that are cost-efficient and meet my needs. The first time I called, I had a hiccup with Reception as I couldn't talk to "tech" directly. Then I eMailed. They called back the same day, this second time the experience was quite pleasant and thoughtful. My eMail was answered after hours as well. Once I was transferred to the account manager Wayne Bailey distant relation to Don, I believe :, it was smooth sailing. Wayne is very thoughtful, professional throughout and most importantly knowledgeable. In the sea of incompetence out there, it's definitely a nice change. Being seasoned, he also knows how to deal with Bell. It was awful with one of his competitors in the EPP field. I almost went to Rogers because of that. Glad I stayed on.
Excellent service from Dwayne at Cellular Solution. He made the changeover from another carrier seamless. Always answered the phone and had the right advice. If you’re concerned about getting migranes as part of switching, I say, fear not! Just call Dwayne.

Dwayne from Cellular Solution worked with me to migrate my personal Bell plan to a corporate plan. While we did face some technological issues in the process, Dwayne was steadfast in his support and his customer service was exceptional. Ultimately, he was able to get me on a corporate plan that I was very pleased with, and he was transparent about the charges I would see on my monthly bill prior to the switch. I would 100% recommend Cellular Solution and Dwayne in particular - he was amazing!
I called to talk to Dwayne Bailey today about making some changes to my account and his service was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and was also quick to direct me to where I can find the necessary details if he didn’t have an answer. He provided detailed information about available plans and made sure I was thoroughly involved about any issues that may arise so there were no surprises. He did all that with a smile. I think his customer service is unparalleled and others in his team will do well to emulate him. Overall he made me very happy to be using your services and I definitely will recommend you to others because of him.
