Very dissapointed. Husband and I purchased a sound bar a year ago. It never worked from the beginning. Had to wait a year to send back to sony. Was told it would be 2weeks until the product was returned. 6 weeks later it was eventually returned... Still broken. Spent 150$ a the store a year ago only to have a continuous run around on a product that never worked. Very rude staff/manager. With no sympathy. Will never return.

Very rude unprofessional Manager! After over 20 years of window cleaning services, ($24 per month) a new manager named Brodie Lidkea came in and created conditions that made it impossible for me to continue providing services. She stated I would have to provide a schedule for each month, must clean only whe SHE was present, and only SHE could do payouts. When I went to speak with her to explain that traffic and weather conditions make this next to impossible, she blew me off. I have bought many things from the source including a $700 phone and an $800 Sony Bravia TV. Never again! Zero stars.

Slightly rude staff. Kept pushing phone plans on me when I wasn't interested. Prices are fairly expensive. I had gone in for a SAT 6 ethernet cable. Asking price was 30$. I went to a different store in the plaza nearby, same product; 6.99$.
