Over the entirety of my business at Silicon Digital they were highly professional and extremely welcoming. Not only are they experts in their field but placed high value in making sure the customer was comfortable and updated. I am doubtful I would have received this degree of professionalism and affordability anywhere else in the city.

Rui and his team did an excellent job completing a recovery of over 15 years of family photos and videos. He invested many hours to research the most cost effective solution for the donor drive that was necessary for my recovery. Highly recommend Silicon Direct for price and the excellent service that would be difficult to find anywhere else.

I have brought computers here a few times to get fixed. The staff were knowledable, friendly, and quick to get my computers up and running again. Great work!

Took a damaged hard drive for recovery. All we wanted was pictures recovered. After 2 weeks he called me to pick up. Showed me a few pictures that were ok a few others that had issues. When reviewing all the pictures at home it was every other picture that was messed up. Thumbnails look perfect. Waste of money will never go back. If it ever happens again will send to Toronto or somewhere else. Took a long time recovered very little. Feel robbed.
