Payless ShoeSource

What a joke, I was there yesterday and all they had in stock was womans high heels. I didn't realize that it wasn't the retail chain I usually shop at. I now know that the real Payless shoe store has gone into bankruptcy and closed all locations in Canada.

Its a very clean organized store. The only problem is that all their shoes seem to be cheap. If you buy a pair of shoes here and it rains outside good luck, you'll be slipping and sliding everywhere. Besides the shoe quality I think the store itself is wonderful with wonderful staff

Amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff working there will greet you, wil ask if you need help and will also tell about the promotion thats going on at that time. I wish i knew the names of the staff so i could mention but i for got. I always find what i go in to get.

Have good collection of shoes. But not branded ones. You can get affordable stylish shoes here!

Great store to shop but payless is closing there business very soon.

Great response over the phone, went out of her way to check style, size, color and availability.

Not so good quality for the prices they have even when store is closing down

Their clients service very bad. They donot have manners to talk with clients. I am dissatisfied.
