Called Oakville Aldo store which is near my place, to find out that the style and size I am looking for is available at the Thorhill location. Called up Thornhill around 2pm, got confirmation that the shoe will be put on hold, under my name. Showed up to the location after a drive from Burlington before the promised time of 8pm, only to find out that there is no shoe on hold. And the Manager doesn't know what went wrong. Very disappointed by Aldo's service! Thanks for wasting my time!

I've always heard that sales associates always judge a customer by how they dress. I walked into this location in sweat pants(I didn't smell like bo or look like a bum) The girl at the cash took one look at my lower half and her smile turned to slight disgust. Thanks? Ill take my money elsewhere.
