The Shed

I come here too often, but that’s probably just a sign that I never want to leave. It’s my favourite pub to hang out at, and Kim the manager is an absolute delight and I love seeing her, her husband and their dog Murry often when I go. Sunday’s is sheddy bingo and it’s loud and it’s proud. A ton of fun.

Great selection of beers. Relaxed atmosphere. Often open when sister restaurant "pedal and tap" isn't. And kids are allowed, even have a kids menu. We often go after skiing for lunch or a quick dinner. The food is excellent, not the average pub food. Large portions.

Amazing as ever, this is one of my favourite bars in the world. Just the right mix of good beer, friendly service and cosy atmosphere. Best of all no screens

We were trying to find some late dinner and settled on The Shed since there a few restaurants that open late. It is listed as a "Mexican" restaurant on Yelp but it's more American pub food with a slight "Mexican" influence. We ordered the cod and a salad. Both were average, salad was a bit overdressed and cod was drowning in the tomato sauce. All in all not a terrible experience as the service was pretty good. However, don't come expecting authentic Mexican food.
