Stonefire is an authentic Neapolitan Pizzeria in the heart of the Platzl in Kimberley BC. We make everything from scratch using traditional methods.
Stonefire pizza uses a 900 degree wood burning custom made oven to cook pizza using a method developed in Italy 200 years ago. Our head Pizzaiolo Allanthea uses the freshest ingredients to create our authentic Neapolitan pizzas.
Our pizza dough is made daily with caputo flour imported from Naples. The tomato sauce we prepare from scratch is made from San marzano tomatos. We believe our pizza is incredible and delicious and look forward to sharing it with you.
