I wish I could give a higher rating for this company! I first met them at at succulent workshop at Newhaven Funeral Center and it was great. I then started to follow them on IG and and realized they did plants as wel!!!! Well, this plant parent was so happy. I have since purchased a zz plant and a moonshine sanseveria. Both arrived healthy and are thriving!!!! The quality of the plants are amazing and I have no complaints there. The customer service is also A1. They are very responsive and their IG stories and plant seminars give so much information for the newbie plant owner to feel comfortable. Kudos to these ladies.

Awful customer service. Will not recommend their services to anyone. One of my friends ordered some plants from them and they were never delivered to their house. They could not provide any proof of delivery and and treated them with such disrespect. She’s so kind and didn’t want to write a review about the situation so I did it for her. I’ll make sure she writes a review too for the horribly service you provided her family. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You don’t even deserve a 1 star for what you did.

The Petal Pop Up is amazing! Natalie was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about different types of plants and plant care which is key to plant success! A wonderful experience. I highly recommend them for your next event!
