Staying at a resort here in Parksville but the food is not that good so we dropped into this pie shop....yeah! Got a small Chichen pie and a small apple pie with a container of vanilla ice cream. Cooked them up in the oven at our resort. OMG...soooooo good.
We live in Victoria, if we lived here in Parksville this shop would be visited weekly.
Chatted with the folks at the cash and kitchen, very professional and friendly.

I love those homemade pies and the sourdough buns. Did you know that The Pie Factory has a delivery service? Or just pick up the frozen goodies and bake them at home.
