Quality Foods

This is a really great grocerystore, and a great chain of stores for Vancouver Island ...with friendly people with much knowledge and ethics. The amount of time and money put into the community is also quite impressive... This particular store in Nanoose is one of the very best on the island. In my opinion.

Always a great experience here. Store is clean and organized. Every employee is always very kind and accommodating.

Quality Foods has more deals than any super market I know of. They have an APPY hour everyday where a selected product is on for half price. They have an every day scan saving where you scan an item and depending on the item usually get quite a bit off; allowing a purchase of four items.. They have Triple Points Wednesday. My wife has bought all our turkeys through the years using points; never paying for a turkey. They have other sale options as well. Also, a friendlier staff I have never seen. I do wonder what will happen in the future though as Jimmy Patterson has taken over.

Closed on a Saturday!? Seriously? I know it was Remembrance Day, but can you really afford to take the day off? Lots of cars came into the parking lot while we were there, and I'm sure that they went somewhere else - Just like we did. Maybe closing until noon would have been the smarter choice? Perhaps I'm just not understanding the "small town" mentality.

Always friendly and helpful. Good variety of food for a local neighbourhood store.
