Relaxing and serene place for a walk. The creek makes the garden more astonishing. Was not too crowded on Saturday evening. Nice spot for small picnics and also for taking photos.Waiting for the peonies to bloom and for the Peony Festival on June 11 and 12.
Went to view the peony’s in bloom June 8th before the rush of the peony festival. Such a gorgeous display of blooms and many varieties to see here. The entire park is always so nicely maintained and I look forward to coming back to view the lilies when they are in bloom. Definitely worth a visit.
Walked around to see the beautiful Peony collection. With over 200 varieties it is quite an experience. Nice park with playgrounds and a memory garden all beside the Oshawa Creek. Playground: Two small playgrounds for children of varying skills.
Spite the rain, the Peonies were beautiful. The staff and volunteers were friendly and sooooo knowledgeable. I can only image how much nicer it would have been if it was a clear sunny day.
It's a park good for a walk, riding bicycle, enjoying nature. There is a river passing through. In the late spring there is a flower festival, a feast indeed for eyes which attracts peoples from all walks of life.
Beautiful garden. Great for walks, picnic or just dressing up nicely to take some pictures. Small little stream that does not smell because there is a feet of running water. Did not get to the see the peonies since we went off season. Two small playground structures for kids to enjoy with a picnic shed too.
Very nice place for a evening walk with family. Very quite park. Not crowded at all. This is a botanical garden maintained by City of Oshawa. Even though it is very small Park, it has beautiful flowers. Nice locations all around for photo shoot. Parking is free as well.
A beautiful little spot in Oshawa to enjoy some time with nature. We love visiting the garden and just having some alone time with nature. Great spot for photography.
Small but beautiful place, slow and nice wayer stream in tree shades, nice picnic point in the middle of the city
My favorite place on earth that's free! My kids love it, they went metal fishing. Then we went bike riding and they want to the park. Its always an adventure!
