Great venue for a concert. Anything smaller than 7500 seats is the best place to see concerts. The sound and the experience are just always better!
Went to a generals game here for my first time! Was amazing! A bit to loud before the game,so if you have sensory issues like me, you might want to bring headphones or earplugs. Over all tho it was fun and I had a great time! Highly recommend!
I have visited the Tribute Communities Centre numerous times over the years, mainly to watch the Generals play.nnIt's a modern arena with excellent sightlines from every seat. It has a capacity around 6000 for hockey. It has plenty of washrooms and concession stands so wait times aren't a big issue. The sound system is very loud pre-game and during breaks, so, hearing protection might be wise for young fans and those with sensory issues.nnEntry to the facility is usually quick. There is limited street parking around the arena and pay lots across the street and a block north. There are a few restaurants and bars close by for pre-game munchies.
My first visit to the venue and it was a pleasant experience. Concession stands were busy and lines a bit long but service was prompt. Good selections are limited and maybe an addition of dairy and gluten free options would go a long way. Parking was not thought of when this venue was built but can be found at many of the free lots around the center. Entry from some of the side entrances can get a bit chaotic but as long as one is patient things move along quickly.
We went for my son's 14th Birthday. His 2 buddies also play house league hockey, so a Generals game was perfect!nGot 4 great seats, for less than the price of 1 leafs tickets.nParking was easy, 10 bucks.nA simple line up, at 6pm, got to our seats fast.
