I am a resident in the building and my experience so far has been really bad.. The management is so bad in fixing outstanding issues and replying to the complaints. Even though you are paying top of the market rent, you feel like you are dealing with affordable housing management. The first time I came to see the place I was impressed with the design and modern feel but after my experience with the management I dont recommend this place at all. There are plenty of NICER options in the market at the same price point and I recommend looking at them instead of this building which is managed by lousy management.

As a tenant in the building, I have found the units to be modern and very spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful views and lots of sunlight. The building also offers plenty of amenities, such as a gym and a beautiful rooftop seating area, which are all very well maintained. Also, the Oliver's location allows for easy access to transit routes, shops and restaurants, without the business of the downtown core. I would highly recommend the Oliver to individuals looking to rent in Edmonton!
