Okay landlords for the most part, the entire time we were there though our dishwasher didn't work, they also didn't tell us that our contact for the company quit so we didn't know who to call when we needed to near the end of our lease. Absolutely SCREWED us with the damage deposit. I could understand if there was damage, but they charged us for repainting, maid service, lawn mowing, replacing light bulbs apparently a single  light bulb costs $25 and pretty much every single thing they could even though we left it in excellent condition and fixed a ton of broken things for them appliances were old and would break or not work properly even though it should have been their maintenance man's responsibility. The way they handled our damage deposit left a bad taste in my mouth, I wouldn't rent with them again. Seem like cheap, uncaring landlords who only care about the bottomline rather than practicing good business. Disappointing way to treat good tenants who take care of the house.
