Morguard (Edmonton Regional Office)

This company have the lowest management ever! It seems a big company, but it always try to ripe you off. The time when i move out, only 2 small water spot on the kitchen counter-top, and the management group said they have to replace the whole thing, that is so ridiculous! And it charge more than 1K, and this lower quality building have to charge that much just for counter top. The building manager is the worst, talked like she is the one that own the whole building but she is not. The way these people manage this building is going to shut down! People watch out if you guys wanna move in, because one damage is going to make you broke.! Bad Bad BAd building ever,
