Melcor Developments Ltd

Melcor is developing a part of spruce grove where my house backs on to and while under the direction of the city they removed 100 or more trees and half of them on my property and a fence. They were thick and full 40’ tall and provided me with 100 percent privacy at the back of my yard. It’s been 6 months and as of Today the city and Melcor have refused to take responsibility for the repair. I didn’t even want extra money for my time or mental stress this has caused me just get my property fixed as best as possible. These people do what they can to make money and don’t care about the surrounding neighbors. If you deal with Melcor they are in it for themselves and represent a bad business model. I hope this review helps people choose someone else. Wish I could give them negative stars. See you in court.

Melcor is a great company to work with. I am really impressed by their commitment to safety, and professionalism. They had us do some work, installing handrails on their roofs. They go above and beyond to ensure that their workers are kept safe on the job. This is what makes them an exceptional company to lease from.
