I really appreciate how exceptional the service I received today was. I had come in not totally sure of what I wanted so the lady there showed me all the options and helped me narrow it down. She pointed out specific qualities in different products that I didn’t even know were important. I wanted a jacket i can have for a long time which is why i came to HH. I really appreciate her asking questions to see what she should offer me and her product knowledge was outstanding. It made it a breezy experience when i often get overwhelmed by so many choices. We are an outside family and in Canada, we need really great gear. My kids have been wearing the one piece skisuits since they were toddlers they're now 11 and 13 and I can't say enough great things about them. My eleven year old's original suit he wore as a two year old, it has gone through four of my nieces and nephews, and has now come back to one of my grandsons with only a zipper replacement.
