One last meal before another lockdown! The soup is great! The noodles are great! I love how they have many options and you can customize what to put in your noodles. I ordered chicken wings, beef brisket, curry pig skin and radish. Their curry sauce is very tasty. The radish was tasteless though, so I’ll just choose a different topping next time. Their service is also great. I really like the online ordering. Overall, its a 4.5 star, which I will round up to a 5.

Been here several times already and the quality is always consistent. Flavour is very similar to I had in Hong Kong, very authentic. Brisket and intestines are my go-to toppings then I vary the other choices. Service is always pleasant. Small, cozy little shop, but dividers in place and covid protocol followed. Will be back.

Very tasty and highly recommend if you are looking for a good and fatty bowl of noodles. The app menu is not too easy for me but we manage to order what we like. The food is delicious and the service is very welcoming like most Cantonese restaurants. I would love to come back again to try other items

Check out this Yummy Noodle Place in Markham! They have delicious noodles and create your own kind of dream noodle bowl here! I love their delicious abalone and curry fish balls! So good! Definitely get the Noodle dishes with the abalone and curry fish balls cause it’s so good! Service was great and love the different customizations you can make it with the noodles and toppings. And don’t forget their signature Lo Chu Milk Tea too! A pair pairing with any noodle bowl for that complete meal experience!

Was eager to try a dedicated cart noodle shop, a rare find in the GTA despite all the other HK food options. There's potential here but it lacks the authentic flavours and experience of cart noodles. For some reason the food wasn't quite hot enough. Curry fish ball with pork skin and daikon had good flavour, but again wasn't very hot, and the pork skin was a bit undercooked and had a bite to it. There is too much soup in the noodles! Cart noodles is not about the broth but about the stew sauce that elevates the flavour. We found the flavour to be a bit bland and washed out. Authentic cart noodles should have less broth and the ingredients certainly should not disappear under soup. I think the shop would benefit from giving less broth and stewing their ingredients for a longer time for a stronger punch of flavour. Also, the Swiss chicken wing lacks the signature malty sweetness. Best topping was the pork intestine. You can leave your name and number and they will call you when the seat is ready. Service is very cold. Didn't see a single smile or friendly face during our time waiting or eating.

Been here a couple of times and I have to say I’m always very impressed. I usually get the noodle soup with 3 toppings. Today I got braised brisket, chicken wings and daily veg. Nice amount of portions for each toppings. Everything well seasoned, all goes nicely with the hot broth and noodles. Service is about as you would expect, and the food comes out FAST. It’s such a shame they only open until 5:30pm! All in all give this no-nonsense noodle bar a shot - its definitely worth a try.

So excited to finally try this cart noodle place. I got the noodle bar special bowl with 6 toppings & noodle to go. The 6 toppings included were 5 spices pig intestines, curry fish balls, Chinese radish, braised pig feet, sweet chicken wings and abalone. The toppings tasted really good. Their price is definitely not cheap for a bowl of noodle but the portion was fair and the quality was higher than expected. It is worth a try if you want to taste something special in Hong Kong style. Will go back whenever I crave for a nice bowl of cart noodles. Recently, I ordered 6 bowls of cart noodles take out for my family. The food was yummy. The quality & service was consistent. It was easy to place order online via their website before pick up at the shop. Everything was ready and packed nicely by the time I arrived.

Authentic HK cart noodle!! Ate here many times already and they never disappoint! Soup base is yummy, lots of toppings options and are all delicious, brisket is soft and flavorful. The fake shark fin soup is delicious as well. Bring back a lot of memories from childhood in HK.

They offer a large variety of noodles and toppings. There's honestly no wrong way of ordering, but I recommend their Egg Oil Noodles and Curry Beef Honeycone Tripe. ⁣ ⁣ You can also add $1 for abalone... I got the abalone the second time I visited and I honestly don’t mind the extra dollar ⁣ ⁣ With the few spots that offer HK cart noodles, this place is pretty good for their price and portion-size⁣ You can build your own bowl starting at just $11!⁣ I chose 4 toppings, costing me $13.
