I was there with my kids the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The doctors are also very nice and good. Highly recommended.

The doctors will call you one hour late at least for your telehealth appointments, and like normal people, you'll probably be working or something by that point, since it's AN HOUR later than the appointment was scheduled for... but then they will tell you that you have to pay 30$ each time because YOU didn't answer. Yes, it's YOUR responsibility the doctor was an hour late TWICE. And then, when you're in serious need of medical attention, they will refuse treatment until you pay them for their missed appointment. Extortion, that's the word for this. This entire office is filled with clowns, avoid at all cost. OR IT'LL COST YOU!

Very professional and great service. When you leave a message they call you back very fast. The doctors and nurses are amazing with children.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. One of the most unprofessional treatment I have received. When I first call them they gave me an appointment and said call ramq and you can get this appointment for free. I call Ramq and then I call back clinic again to confirm my appointment in 15 min, they told me there is no spot available and ``they call me if there is a cancelation``. This so unprofessional you cannot play with people in need like this and the worst part was the attitude. The person on the phone did not even said sorry once and repeated the same thing. ``We will call you if there is a cancelation``

I took a phone appointment with them today, the appointment was at 2pm, they pushed it to 2h40pm first which was okay. I waited for around 35mins without receiving any calls. I called again to ask about my appointment, they said i should receive a call in the next couple of minutes. 2 hours later still didn't receive any calls, i called them to ask and found out that they are close for the day ! they do not care about the patient's time, which is unfortunate.

Best clinic ever with doctors that care, which is very rare and important,best nurses and in general best staff, polite,positive,and most of all you never find their phone on a busy signal simply because they care about their patient. If they are busy and cannot answer the phone you leave a message and they always call you back within an hour.

You should never use it but in the time of need to see a doctor it’s literally the best place in Montreal! You don’t have to wait hours, the doctors are highly professional, and the staff is just amazing! Keep up your good work:

They confirmed the booking without knowing any purposes. I told them that I want medical for immigration purposes at the time of booking. When I arrived there, they asked me again for the purpose and staff members were looking so confused and have answers to my queries.
