Mcgill Clinic

The worst clinic i have ever been to, would give it 0 stars if I could. Wasnt able to get seen with an urgent health problem because they had only one doctor on duty that day, but the receptionists said my issue was urgent and flat out refused to give me a routine appointment. Furthermore, insufficient information was provided to me about an upcoming screening. Receptionists are abrupt and inconsiderate. If you need to see a doctor, the only real option is to go to urgent care, for which you need to be awake very early and have the whole morning free. not to mention I've called three times in the last week, to be call number 12, 19 and 20 in the queue - this is frankly ridiculous. The first two times i simply didn't have time to wait and the third i put them on speaker, since I knew it would take a long time. The receptionist was then annoyed i had put her on speaker and in this process slowed down giving me the information i needed about my screening WHICH I should have already been given. Honestly if you can afford to to to an alternative clinic, avoid this one at all costs. I have never experienced such terrible care. EDIT: receptionist has provided me with the wrong phone number to find out more information about my screening. Appalling service yet again.

This clinic needs to organize their schedule way beforehand. It is often impossible to get an appointment with the doctor during the school term unless you get up really early (while you are sick) or call before you know you are sick early in the week. Better off going to other private clinics.

The most incompetent and awful clinic I've ever experienced in my life. Rude, useless front desk staff who will make you wait 30 minutes listening to classical music on hold on the phone and then hang up on you without saying anything. Good luck ever trying to book an appointment. They will make a mistake and make you wait 2 hours and not let you know that they made a mistake. Even some of the doctors are incredibly rude. This clinic is absolute misery and the lack of funding clearly shows. I'd rather stay home sick than come here.

I waited for half an hour on the phone to book a vaccination appointment, only to be told that to book an appointment in 3 weeks time is impossible. This is by the way the time that a staff encouraged me to call. This is abominable service. Get it together, please.

Took me three tries to manage to get a drop-in appointment at the Clinic... I didn't arrive less than 45 minutes before it opened on any of those days. Plus it's nearly impossible to book a regular appointment - there's never anything open. Still, I had to give it at least two stars for how fantastic the medical team there is - when you do get to see them, they are wonderful, caring, patient, honest, respect your autonomy, treat you like a mature and intelligent human being, and make sure your questions are answered and you are comfortable with the chosen method of treatment.
