Had a request for a birthday balloon arrangement and it was done very quickly and it turned out amazing! Over 1 day now and the balloons still look perfect — it made them feel quite special for as special as COVID birthday could be. Staff was courteous and friendly from start to finish, will be back!

Great merchandise. But, your sales staff should be advised that it is very rude to guess someone's age, especially when they are off by 2 decades... and make it worse by trying to justify their statement. It is more than rude. Insulting. Why would anyone come back? Perhaps some training to improve people skills?

I bought balloons for my mom’s retirement 3 weeks ago and they’re still standing! The service is wonderful and they even had a treat for my dog!

These people are on point with the orders over the phone. We ordered balloons of the same order on two separate occasions. The ladies were very nice and attentive and were able to arrange pickup for someone else besides me. Cool shop front when I passed by on the bus too!
