Great service! Was able to order online and pick up curb side without issue. Got balloons for my roommate's quarantine birthday and they really made it a special day for her, even though we couldn't have any friends over to celebrate.

This is a cute neighborhood shop, for candies, balloons, boardgames and more. I had a great experience here purchasing some helium balloons and a few items for a party. The customer experience here was great for me. The staff was very kind and helpful. There were some issues at the time with the helium tank, and it was obvious the staff was still in training. But you could tell how hard they were working to get things going, and I really appreciated that. Best of all, they had great prices compared to other downtown stores. I will definitely be back to this store in the future.

My visit to this store was brisk but sweet! Purchased some purple metallic balloon weights of my dreams here. Board games, British sweets, party favours and more can be found in this leisure essential neighbourhood store. I need to go back and spend some more time.

Cute little store with a wide selection of candies and trendy toys, gadgets. Pricing is fair for a small business as they provide simple complimentary gift wrapping if you ask. Service was below average, at least on the day I visited a few weeks ago. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged, many products didn’t have price tags so I always had to ask. The cashiers seemed quite slow and I had to wait for quite a while to pay with one customer in front of me, when I asked for a gift receipt they told me the ink or the receipt paper ran out so they hand wrote the product name and gave it to me. I suggested that they include at least the store name which they obliged. I think the staff means well but just not well versed at what they do yet.

This is the only candy store Ive ever found in Canada that has my favorite kind of Haribo candy and I've checked ALOT of candy stores! Awesome assortment otherwise ! Will definitely be back....a lot.

I had a horrible experience with Sweet Thrills. After purchasing a game on Boxing Day, I have contacting the store numerous times via phone, email and Facebook as to the status of my order. One employee has told me the game is not available and they are contacting the manufacturer. I mentioned this is a birthday gift and if they could not ship it quickly I would like a refund as I wanted it in time for the birthday. Since then, no reply from the store. If you do not have an item in store then do not sell it online! If you cant get the product, refund my money! A frustrating experience I would not wish for anyone! Would NOT recommend!!

This is a really great spot. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They have a big selection of candy and boardgames and basically anything you could need or want for a party. They also have a good selection of items form the UK which have brought back a lot of nostalgia. 100% will shop here again.

So it's the end of August and my daughter's birthday is approaching. She loves the 5th Avenue chocolate bar and I can't find them anywhere in Toronto. By the time I realize this, an online order would arrive too late. I call Sweet Thrills and speak with owner Marianna. She takes on my quest as a mission. She contacts her suppliers and she stays in touch with me over the next couple of days. Marianna calls me on the Saturday afternoon telling me she has found 5th Avenue bars! Marianna gets them to her store so I can pick them up on the Sunday, the before my daughter's birthday. I cross the city to Roncesvalles from Broadview/Gerrard to buy them. Mariana's old-fashioned customer service gave my daughter a sweet thrill on her birthday. It was a terrific surprise for her. Thank you again Marianna...your determination to help a customer is a rare treat indeed!

A neighbourhood gem and great to have when in a pinch for party stuff. Products make great loot bag gifts and appreciate all the variety of candies, chocolate bars and treats that you don't find everywhere.

Nice little candy shop with really good selection carrying all of your sweet tooth cravings. Also carry a decent selection of UK treats. Staff is very friendly.
