The lady who we dealt with was pretty curt and made our shopping experience an unpleasant one. We called ahead for curb side pickup and the whole interaction felt like we were inconveniencing her. Despite it being a convenient location we will not be shopping here again.

The hours for this store are very inconvenient during the week. Sign above the door as well as the Google page says it's open until 5pm. Now the only time I'm actually able to make it before 5pm they happen to be closed... it's 4:30! Extremely disappointed to have wasted my time. They will not be getting my business in the future.

Bought a Halloween costume the other day, only to get it home and only half of what was labelled as "included"  was actually in the bag.   Needless to say, I couldn't use the costume.  Very disappointing.

The staff there was rude. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. First time buying tree balloons for my daughters first birthday. I ordered 5 trees. No one offered me bags. So of course when I took them out of my car all the balloons were tangled. When I called them to let them know. They offered me 10% discount. Waste of time and money. Go somewhere else

I had a terrible experience with this business. Staff person was unbelievably rude bordering on abusive. I came to pick up decorations for a baby shower last year. I called when I arrived for curb side pick up. I was on the opposite side of the street due to traffic. I had intended to get out of my car and cross the street to pick up my items but before I was able to communicate this to her she angrily accused me of expecting her to leave the store unattended to come to my car.. I corrected her and she ignored what I was saying  while yelling that I was an overly entitled customer. By this time I was in front of the store! She angrily handed me my items and then turned around and locked the door! Without a word. I was shocked. Had to be one of the most distressing and unpleasant experiences I have ever had. Never ever going to shop there again and if anyone asks I would say they do not deserve our business.

I just ordered 3 "Swirly Trees" for delivery to celebrate my mother-in-law's 99 birthday. Mia took amazing care to match the colours I chose with the weighted bases and separate gift cards. The delivery was promptly within the 1 hour window I'd been given -- on a Sunday, yet! Fantastic work. Delightful bouquets of balloons. A total hit at a really reasonable price. Why would I ever again bother to send flowers rather than balloons?

Whatever reason is behind the poor reviews from days and years gone by seems to have been addressed. The staff in the store are extremely helpful and know their biz. They were aware of what they had in stock down to the most obscure items that I was looking for. When it comes to anything "party" related this store is hands down the best place to go in the city and surrounding region. Their hours are good to -- extending slightly beyond the usual business hours and days - much apprecitated.  Kids and adults seem to enjoy going in this store - I know me and my kid do.  Glad to have a place like this in the city.

Their staff is very helpful. The return/exchange system is also good. They keep a record of your store credit no need to worry about losing a coupon and there’s no time limit to use. Love it!

I can not understand all these negative reviews.  I called the store looking for a special kind of sparkler - or popper - and the woman on the phone was helpful.  When I drove there, she remembered our conversation and was helpful in answering my questions and ringing up my bill.  They are located in an area of the city that is notorious for difficult patrons - as you can see by the negative meandering reviews.  People need to remember that the saying is 'The customer is always right.', not 'The customer is ONLY right.'.

Nice experience picking up 24 balloons for a bday party. I had to write a review because the balloons they gave me are still floating even after 9 days!! I'm shocked. I did pay the extra few bucks to keep them inflated longer, but I never imagined they would last this long.
