Party City

There seem to be a lot of empty shelves. Stock is not being replaced, possibly a Covid fallout. While that may be the reason, truth is it's no fun shopping when you can't find what you want. Similarly they had a silver ballon shortage the last time I came in to buy balloon bouquets. Happened twice. No common balloons at Party City?? Not fair, not nice. Party City, do something about it.

We couldnt find what we were looking for but they have almost everythings. Thx

The lady who worked there wasn't helpful at all. Or I should say she was rude!! Every question I asked, she barely answered. She looked like she hates working there. I went to get some baloons and decortaion for my son's 1st birthday all excited and happy, but she made me feel uncomfortable being there. You guys should think twice who you employ. It's not enough just to have a pulse!!

One of my best experiences at a Party City. Laura and Kevin were such a wonderful help. So thankful for their opinions in making my friend's helium balloons pretty! She loved it!!! Inventory is on point here vs other locations.

Went in there for one thing, waited 15 minutes to pay. There was two employees at the register with customers who were placing balloon orders while three other employees were also behind the counter crouching down talking amongst themselves. At other locations I've seen one line for balloon orders and the other for other purchases, no other employees behind the counter but not at this location.

Great place to shop for all event decorations. All decorations on. Table except Woden letters were purchased at party city. Good variety in selection, something for every occasion. Balloons last long as well

amazing choices , grandson is Elmo lover and staff helped me track down all sorts of items for his 1st birthday as well as giant sized walking Elmo , best staff ever , thank you all so much

I went here for last minute shopping for my son's halloween costume and was not disappointed. So many choices its great

OMG this place is nuts. All kinds of stuff to choose from and full of ideas for a fun party. Sometimes a bit overwhelming but you end up with tons of great stuff for a party, regardless of age.

I like the place overall. Visited it twice. The last time was for the halloween; and it was way too messy and disorganized. Cannot really blame them, the place was cramped with people. But at least they could put more staff on shifts. There were only two, except for the cashiers.
