Story

Lolliloot was opened 2016 to offer Loot Bags for children parties along with party supplies, balloons and candy.

We have grown into an established Balloon and Party Store, while still offering the Lootbags we have become known for.

Our online store is available to purchase our goods from, but we love to meet you face to face in our store. We pride ourselves on providing not only the best we can find but creating a special experience in store and at your event.

We are delighted to create balloon displays at your request. We will always work to the theme you desire. Birthdays, Engagement, Wedding, Baby Shower or Retirement - we do them all.

We have used Lolliloot every year for our kids’ parties…highly recommend their friendly customer service. This year we ordered a Spiderman kit on Amazon which came with some latex and foil balloons. I called to see if they would be able to fill the balloons with helium, and they couldn’t guarantee that my balloons would effectively hold the helium, but said that if I brought them in and they could take a look. When I got there, they tested, felt like the balloons would work they even did a test on a few, then filled them all on the spot! Love Loliloots!!!

Called for an estimate and was hung up on. Terrible customer service. Understandably you may be busy but offer to call back or don’t answer at all. I am mindblown with the rudeness I received. In response to your response… I actually never once said I didn’t have time.. my 1 year old is sick and i don’t drive but you cut me off said happy new year in a sarcastic tone and hung up.. that’s why I took the time to write this review. I would never take the time to come in to see such a miserable sounding person nor would I give my business to a business that says to call about any inquiries on their website to be so rude to the customers who do. Thanks I will bring my business elsewhere. I found a lovely place already that happily told me an estimate also telling me the same thing as you did that the quality of the balloon would definitely matter.. but could still give me a rough estimate without being rude or hanging up on me. Thanks for making the connection though I wouldn’t have found them otherwise. Kindness does wonders. Your additional response will only hurt your own business. And again no I said my son was sick. You just didn’t care and because I wasn’t inquiring on a full balloon arch or arrangement decided to be rude and dismissive. I host multiple events and work with many people in the wedding and party industries. Good luck to you and your business.
I have gotten several helium balloons from lolliloot they always last me months! All the decorations in store have always been a hit at my parties! I always suggest for my friends and family to go their for all their party needs! The staff is always helpful and beyond friendly and the store is always clean.
Lolliloot is Amazing!! The couple that run that store are the best! Really good customer service and super helpful! They have helped me plan many of parties! I will always go to lolliloot for party supplies and balloons!
Great merchandise to choose from. I got my daughters 1st birthday party supplies here and there was a huge selection of really fun, quality decorations. Bonus: The owner is really welcoming and helpful.
Excellent customer service! They helped me pick out balloons that would go perfectly with my daughters dinosaur theme. Very patient and kind. The balloons that were ordered for my daughters birthday still look great a week later.
Lolliloot had the coolest Halloween balloon, everyone at the party was fascinated with it! 10/10 would recommend for all of your party needs!
Been meaning to make this review. We absolutely LOVE Lolliloot!!! The lovely ppl that operate this business are AWESOME!! Always friendly and super helpful. We’ve been using them for our special days shortly after they opened this location. Their balloons last so long!! Don’t know how they do it...but definitely quality and worth every penny. Just ordered again!
