Melissa was our most favourite host! Very professional & very sweet with my girls. TLC is so lucky to have this young lady. Excellent customer service, just exceeding my expectations and previous visits. Not the past we’re bad :) Thank you TLC & especially thank you to Melissa!

TLC was great. Accommodating to my schedule. Melissa answered all my questions, even when I asked them more than once. She did a great job! A little $$$, but worth it for the piece of mind!

I highly recommend Melissa at the Oakville location. She is professional, kind, informative with a smile on her face. My 6 year daughter felt like she was at a salon and Melissa was so friendly with her. Thank you so much Melissa and crew!

I was very nervous about having lice, and Kate was very straight forward and made me feel a lot better. I feel like she is very underestimated, next time you go to the lice crew ask for Kate because she knows what she's doing, (plus lots of facts on other stuff!!) I feel a little more educated after talking to Kate.

I highly recommend Melissa at this location. She is kind, attentive and thorough. She explains everything and makes sure the job is done right the first time, my family and I were very impressed with her work.
