The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Lethbridge

It had been over 3 years since the last time I had dinner at this location and it certainly didn't disappoint...nThe Kansas City Striploin that I ordered was cooked to perfection. The thing I am always impressed with at this restaurant is the consistency. Especially with the cuts of beef, it doesn't seem to matter whether it's a ribeye, strip loin, tenderloin, or prime rib, it's always perfectly cooked and seasoned. I find that the service here is also exceptional.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing meal.nnThe highlight, of course, was the food. The steak was absolutely phenomenal, juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite reflected the care and expertise put into its preparation. The sides complemented the meal wonderfully, elevating the overall dining experience. It’s a place that knows how to deliver excellence in every aspect of the dining experience. I will definitely be returning!

I'm not a huge fan of the keg but I have to admit we had a great time. The food tasted great and although it seemed expensive it was all very good quality. The service was out of this world. Our server was amazing and made the entire dinner so much better. She was kind, friendly and so patient. I had the sirloin Oscar which came out perfectly medium and tasted really good. I would have liked more asparagus but I really liked the scallops and hollandaise sauce. My hubby really liked the prime rib which he said had a nice beefy flavor. They made us a cocktail not on the menu and I liked the wine selection.

Was expecting to have a relaxing dinner at 6pm - unfortunately there were so many kids running around. Kids standing in the chairs and booths. One kid actually was smacking the hanging light above their table. Behind us were 2 babies consistently crying and a toddler doing laps. Felt like a McDonalds.nFood is always great! The atmosphere of the keg has gone downhill. Very disappointing.

Use to love the food here. We had supper here this evening and my granddaughter ordered steak, medium well. It arrived rare. It was sent back and came back medium at best. We didn’t have all night so she packed it up to take home. I ordered a club soda with lime and it came with no ice and totally flat. I also had French onion soup and while the taste was ok the presentation was sorely lacking. The Yorkshire puddings we ordered were overcooked to the point that they were actually black in spots. We will find somewhere else to have our birthday celebrations
