This has to be the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. We were there last Saturday March 10 and seated in the lounge. It took 30 minutes to place our order as the waitress hardly came by to check on us. Then 3 of our dishes came out but we were still waiting on 1. The waitress said the kitchen made an error and it would be 3-4 minutes for the last meal but she would take off a beer for the inconvenience. It took ten minutes to come out and the beer was still on the bill when we received it. I ordered a burger which came out pink in the middle (realized this 2 bites in), it was taken back to the kitchen to be fixed and the waitress said she would have it taken off the bill. That never happened either. Instead we got a 10% discount for the inconvenience (which was not more than the price of my dinner). Moral of story - TERRIBLE SERVICE, UNDERCOOKED FOOD, NO COMPENSATION FOR EITHER.

Excellent service, and great food for the second time straight. Our visit tonight was great because our server was absolutely on point the whole time start to finish. We will do our best to sit in Taylor’s section moving forward if it’s an option! It’s also worth noting the hostess was extremely friendly both on the way in and out!

Ate there tonight and ordered grilled cheeseburger and chicken club. The burger was half the size we previously have received. The chef was wandering around wearing gum boots and playing with his knife. The bill came to $55 plus tip with two drinks, OUCH! Then to top off the evening, the Wife asked to have the other half of her meal boxed, when the waitress came back with the box we checked it and found that there was only fries and dill dip inside. We asked where the half of the chicken burger went and she told us she threw it out thinking we only wanted the fries. How do you spell Retard? Not impressed and won’t be back! Do yourselves a favour and eat at McRonnies or Five Guys!

Normally great service & great food! Must have came in on an off day. Really poor service from Kierra, not pleasant, very slow, both our meals came out cold. Didn't check back in with us after our food was brought out. Had to ask another server for our bill. When taking payment, we said the food was cold, there was no attempt to apologize or make it right. Really disappointed. Normally love this restaurant.

Terrible. Ordered drinks, my wife's drink came with brown mint and mine came with a brown lime. My wife ordered a salad and French onion soup. The salad had rotten greens and the soup was Lukewarm with unmelted grated cheese. My hamburger was ok but it looked like something that they ran down to A&W for, and my jalapeno cheese mashed potatoes was brownish and a lot like wallpaper paste. My wife noticed a cook come out and had the bartender pour him a beer.... Maybe the cooks should be paying more attention to the food instead of drinking beer. The restaurant only 25% full at 6 pm on Friday suggests this is not an isolated incident. Maybe time for a management change.
