Tony Roma's

Arrived at location at 11:30 am. Checked out the lunch special board and looked for seating instructions. None were to be found. No staff greeted us so we found our own table. Sat there for only a few seconds before the hostess was at our table asking if we had been seated by someone. I said no we had seated our selves because there was no sign to indictate otherwise. She was grumpy and full of attitude as she informed us that there is a button to push for seating. I said we weren't aware of this mysterious "button". She continued to give me attitude when she said that next time we should use the button to be seated. We only stayed because my mother talked me out of leaving. The rest of the staff was good and food was worth the wait. If I want to be dressed down for not finding a the secret "button" I'll go back to grade school. Just one unhappy staff member is all it takes to spoil a customer experience. Keep that in mind.

Started bad, and only got worse; Ordered an IPA. Received a lager. Tried to get the correct beer. All I got a blank stare from the server. They don't even know the difference. Sent back the entree as well. So salty, it was inedible. Mid-Saturday, and the place was empty. I think I know why.

When entering tony romas there was an older couple infront of us that asked for a booth but was denied because it wasnt that waitresses turn in her section even though there was clearly booths open. I had to ask for a kids menu for my daughter after waiting 15 mins.

Great food, great service. I just find it a little pricey. My husband said the fish and chips we're the best he ever had!

Only good thing was the friendly waitress. Half an hour wait for a lousy burger ( McDonald's would be better). And a pulled pork sandwich with hard chunks of meat that tasted like it was last weeks leftovers. Do yourself a favor and save your money! Only reason they get one star is it wont let me give half a star
