Luigi's Steakhouse

Cranky servers, overpriced, salty pasta and when ordered a beef dip it came with gravy and not au jus. Talking with the server about it they insisted that the gravy was in fact au jus and it was also spread on the inside of the bun which made it slimy and soggy.

Food is good most times here, but not always consistent. Same with service. It can be hit or miss. We went here with a group of 11 around 5pm on a Wednesday. Service was excellent and very attentive, but the food was lacking. Everyone in the group commented that it wasn't the quality they were used to. However the visit prior to that one. Was just a table for two during the dinner hour. Service was lacking. It took a long time to have our order placed. Then a long time for our food to arrive. We saw our server only a couple times including the taking of our order and delivering the bill. However the food was excellent! So if they can get it together on both ends. It would be great.
