Actually above and beyond…nI come here quite regularly, especially for the best Sunday Brunch in Southern Alberta.nTheir waitstaff are friendly, engaging, professional and warm.nnThey are very kind and accommodating.nnThe food!!! It’s something else. With their brekkie they offer fruits on the side which is a welcome treat. The food is always fresh and the eggs Bennie a go.nnI went with a friend for a sudden booking and although they were swamped they double us a lovely table.nnI had the tenderloin with crab and prawn mash. The bacon wrapped and mushroom topped steak was bliss and cooked to medium rare perfection. With the side salad? No room for dessert.nnMy acquaintance had the tenderloin and he also enjoyed it immensely. The Firestone Restaurant is hands-down one of our favorite and most iconic spots in Lethbridge. Every time we visit, it’s an experience we look forward to. The food is absolutely amazing—juicy burgers, perfectly cooked steaks, and a happy hour menu full of irresistible options. Also, you have to have the cheesecake! It’s locally made!nnWe had the Bangkok lettuce wrap today and my daughter has the Mac and cheese off the kids menu. So so good!!!nnWhat truly sets Firestone apart, though, is the service. Our favorite server, Cheyenne, goes above and beyond every single time, making us feel welcome and cared for. And the hostess, Teagan, is always warm, friendly, and attentive, setting the perfect tone from the moment you walk in. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail make every visit feel special.nnIf you’re looking for incredible food and service that makes you feel like a VIP, Firestone is the place to be. Highly, highly recommend!

We arrived with no reservation on a Sunday morning about 11 AM. We waited maybe 10 minutes for a table. The server was knowledgable and friendly. The coffee was amazing. The food was fresh, hot, and extremely tasty. We are beyond impressed. The atmosphere was cozy and really nicely done. The price was really good for everything we ordered. We can’t wait to try lunch and dinner when we return to Lethbridge. 110% recommend!

An absolutely fantastic breakfast experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Portions were generous and everything tasted homemade. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to start the day. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Jacob was an excellent server. Friendly and funny.nnAnd all the orders were correct and bill was accurate.nnFood was great, its priced appropriately for the service and atmosphere. I would qualify this place as higher end dining. And price is fairly reflective on that.nnThey have some fantastic beer flights $9. And every cocktail .
