This was the first restaurant experience that I had in Lethbridge and it was a great one. I took my kids to this restaurant and they had a fair menu for kids to pick from who are picky eaters. The food was absolutely delicious and I definitely intend on coming back. The service was pretty good but on a counter note it was very busy when we went in on a Friday night we ended up having to wait about 20 minutes before we were seated and because it was so busy we may not have seen the level of service that we probably would have seen otherwise as the servers were quite busy. That said they were very professional and helpful and we enjoyed our service and the food. The next time that I go there if I plan to show up at a busy time I will definitely make reservations.

Food was good but not as described. Hollandaise sauce used on the egg Benedict was blatantly from a packet, not fresh as expected from a restaurant of this stature and the Barton's breakfast 'Crepes' were not crepes but two thin egg omelettes wrapping the ingredients. Also, my wife was asked if she wanted her eggs medium soft for the eggs Benedict and when they arrive they were so hard you could bounce them off a wall. Great chef if they can't even cook eggs properly. As mentioned before, it was good hence why I've given 3 stars instead of less, but if the chef doesn't even know the difference between a crepe and an omelette then you should honestly question his credentials or change the description on the menu. On a better note, service was impeccable. Waitress was very polite and attentive.

Food taste, quality, and price line up. As with all busy restaurants mistakes sometimes get made. Staff is friendly and accommodating. If you have issues with people touching your drink garnishment do not get a cocktail here. We often sit in the lounge facing the bar and television's, with a full view of the drink service area we have observed several of the waitresses play/fix their hair and then make garnishments for drinks. No hand washing. Playing with the straws also seems to be a popular way to pass the time while waiting for drinks. The bartender (s) should wear gloves and be in charge of this or prepare them in the kitchen. On a positive the prime rib here beats the Keg, with yorkshire pudding and all the sides you expect the flavors are spot on

Worst prime rib I've ever tasted. Horse radish was like mayonnaise. None of the vegetables were cooked. This was more like roast beef than prime rib. Very tough, not the melt in your mouth kind of prime rib that it should be for the price you pay. Only reason I'm giving it a second star is because the service was the only good thing there.

Went here for my Mother’s birthday. Reservation screwed up through open table app. Specifically asked not to be seated at a booth in the lounge. So, of course, seated in lounge where the booths are only useable by small children that are capable of getting by the massive post under the table. 4 inches between the post and the seat. Had to turn my feet sideways and slide by one leg at a time and spend my evening like I’m on a discount airline. Manager said owner was going for a look with the tables- with a post that can’t be seen unless you bend down. Steaks had to be sent back. Excuse about a thermometer. It was taken off the bill. My meal was fine but I couldn’t enjoy it crammed in that booth.
