Story

Forget gluten free being just for Celiacs or people who "need" to eat gluten free. Our products will knock everybody's socks off. Who wouldn't benefit from us using the finest ingredients available? Gluten free is much easier on the digestive system than gluten is. No bloating. "bonus"!

What makes us different? High standards. Tons of recipe development. Never giving up. Finest ingredients available. Homemade everything. And tons of everythings.

Our daily lunch menu as well as our fresh baked breads, buns, pizza crusts, cakes, pies, sweets and pastries all made on the premises. For cooks there is a selection of pastas, our bread crumbs, our all-purpose flour mix and gourmet items. If you thought gluten-free was just for those who needed it, we guarantee we'll change your mind about wanting it. With our open concept kitchen on site and our selection of food we hope that we truly will convert you over to a gluten free lifestyle filled with joy. We also carry many items that are for dairy free, egg free, and vegan lifestyles.

If you were to try one product: make it bread, a butter tart, a donut muffin (baked not fried - low in fat and sugar), nanaimo, a pie. Not necessarily in that order. made with love.

Products

We offer over 75 products that are all made in store by the owner, Susan Phipps. This includes freshly baked breads, buns, pizza crusts, squares, cupcakes, cookies, cakes, pastries, and pies as well as a daily lunch menu. We also have a few grocery items available along with some pastas, our gluten free flour mix and our bread crumbs that can be used for tempura, fish and chip batter.

We can do event catering for up to 100:
wedding cakes, birthday cakes, special events

OPEN: TUES-SAT from 10am - 6pm. SUN-MON from 11am-4pm
