What a stunning transformation! For a number of years, I had avoided Home Depot because of the lack of customer service. Being a women and all thumbs when it comes to my handyman prowess, this was something I frequently sought. Finding an employee was always challenging and oftentimes, when I finally spotted one, they would look right past me and disappear or several people would converge on them before I had a chance.nnThese experiences I can happily say, at least at the Caledonia Road location, appear to be a thing of the past.nnMy recent trip there left me flabbergasted!nUpon entering, no less than four different customer service people approached me and asked if I wanted help and one even walked me to the exact location of the item I sought. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I have to say I was wowed!!nnTavonne, in the wood cutting department was a real standout. His patience, friendly demeanor and expertise nearly knocked my socks off!nnNice work Caledonia location, you are clearly doing something right!

Honestly I'm very upset and will never return to this home depot, I came in around 7am looking for bolts to fix my scooter, I was followed by several staff the entire time. I went to pay for the bolts and nuts I finally figured out the codes st to be sent back a 3rd time as I found them looking in and around my cart for who knows. Electrical section was sooo helpful and nice it's a shame I'm leavkng so upset. The manager whom followed me around actually interrupted us talkjng and made him talk to another customer prematurely and very awkward.nnThey obviously thought I was some Crack head trying to steal. Yet. I'm just a skinny chef trying toric his e scooter.nnPeace

If you go to this location go see ‘PAY’ this guy is a legend. The product knowledge he had was phenomenal. He had more than 5 people approach him while we were there and regardless he helped everyone with soooo much patient and a full heart. I would definitely come here again. We needed help in the paint section another associate called “chew’ was also very very knowledgeable

Easily the worst retail experience I have ever had.nnWe book a reservation for a rental Cargo van 3 weeks prior to our moving date, only for them to cancel said reservation at 6:00pm the night before. We call this location and receive no clarification other than the truck isnt there. This is a horrible rental service which has left me and my family in the dark less than 24 hours before we need to move.nnAfter speaking with the manager at this location, she notified us that regardless of a truck returning later that night, we would be bumped to a first-come first-serve basis, even though we booked weeks before.nnAwful rental service, awful customer service and all in all a bad business. Do better.

This Home Depot also sells returned, defective Milwaukee tools as brand new. I can't really say if they do that with everything there, but I've definitely had this experience with buying Milwaukee tools at this location.nnAlso the staff are rude, disinterested and generally unhelpful.
