From start to finish, my experience with ITK Home has been phenomenal. I ordered a sectional and am so impressed with the quality and look. I dealt with Brian and the level of service has been exceptional. Would definitely go back for my furniture needs!

My dad's store is great, and his furniture is high quality. He has been in the business for more than 30 years, and he has been extremely dedicated to his company. He works 11 hour days, seven days a week to ensure that all of his customers are satisfied. I am with him at the store almost every Saturday, and I get to see first hand the passion and hard work he puts into his craft. I recommend his store to everyone I know, because I know he will get the job done in an elegant and tasteful manner. Some people in the other comments have had some conflicting responses to my father's store, but I have never seen such negligence coming from the store or its staff. Most people have had a really incredible experience at the store, and I promise you will as well. The service is great, the furniture is outstanding, and the prices are unbeatable! ITK Home does not just sell furniture, it sells you your own personalized dream space that's waiting for you to come collect it. So, purchase from ITK, and you won't regret it!

I've very upset with the way that things transpired here. I wish I could give a better review because my initial dealings with them were amazing. The customer service was great and when we got our sofas we were happy....but not for long. After a few months we started noticing how the fabric on the sofas was "pilling" and how the stuffing on the cushions was starting to become very deformed. We called them to inform them of the defect (we had quite a significant amount of customization done) and they were very embarrassed and wanted to fix the issue for us. Great! My husband and I went in and chose the fabric, at which time we were told it was a simple reupholstering job and it should be done in a week. That week turned into two months and copious phone calls only to be either not called back at all or kind of 'brushed under the rug' with comments like "ya ya I know you're kicking it Japanese style and sitting on the floor, don't worry one more week." I addition to that, we paid for studding which wasn't even put on correctly and the reupholstered couch came back lumpy as hell. I'm sad I have to leave a review like this but it is completely warranted. If they just would have been truthful about the wait time and kept us in the loop in the first place we could have avoided this situation all together. In addition to that a previous reviewer nailed it - never getting calls back, feeling like you were being avoided, etc. has now left us with an almost $3000 sofa with lumps that was incorrectly finished. Not happy at all and at this point I don't feel confident recommending at all.

From my experience with Itk home I would not recommend it. One star is the lowest I can give and in my opinion it is too much. The products they offer you are priced okay but the quality and customer service is just not there. They're quick to take your money at the earliest convenience but the moment they have your money you will have to wait weeks or even months to get what you have ordered and paid for. My wife and I ordered a number of items from them but there was all sorts of delays and issues. Our bed was delivered with two frames but neither were the correct one we ordered and paid extra for. Our couch was a 1 month delay and when it arrived it did not have the correct legs. Our dining room table was sent with the incorrect legs, then a week later when the correct legs came the installers who were sent didn't have the bolts. Our dressers arrived broken and damaged. Our place was used to store all their mistakes and garbage for 3 weeks until everything was finally picked up. On top of all the issues, he will just lie to you about when things will be delivered and laugh everything off as if it is a joke. The only joke there is the owner who is too caught up selling subpar furniture. The sad part is that it's not what he claims. If you're in need of furniture there are plenty of stores in the area that are worth spending your money at, just don't waste your time here.

Ordered furniture and got empty promises. The furniture never made it to the store and never made it to my home. Refunded the order and will shop elsewhere.
