Ultimately the product that we received was of high quality and was delivered as ordered, but the time between in-store purchase and delivery was incredibly painful. Our order got delayed months after the originally promised date, and the sales professional we were dealing with could not possibly have been more dismissive of our concerns. He constantly blamed it on factors outside of his control, and repeatedly told us "I'll let you know when it gets here, don't worry", and/or something to the effect of "it will get here when it gets here". He somehow made you feel wrong or intrusive for inquiring about the status of an order that had been delayed for months. After 5+ months of waiting we finally got the couch that we ordered, but I will never buy from this store again.

Things started off really well. I dealt with a very helpful sales person, Sham, who provided excellent customer service, gave us time and space to make our decision.
Once our decision was made, we placed our order for a table (which we were told would take up to 3 months to come in).
This is where things weren't as expected....
Throughout the 4 months that I had waited patiently for my table, and had to follow up multiple times on its whereabouts, I was told that things were delayed, and delayed, and delayed.
The frustrating part was not so much how long things were delayed, but the lack of follow up from the store, and inconsistency of information I got when I was updated.
At that point, I asked for a refund.
When I was told I would be refunded the money, I asked if they had my credit card information and was told that they had everything they needed.
a full week later, I called the store back, not having received the refund, and was told that the refund should have taken 3-5 business days.
I asked why I was not given my refund and was told that the credit card information was not on file.
This was extremely frustrating.
The store has good products, but I expected a much higher level of service and follow up when things didn't go as planned.

Terrible customer services. We ordered a natuzzi sofa 3 months ago. They told us it'd be delivered by mid September. Now it's October and we might not get it at the end of October yet. They promised to loan a sofa when we purchased, but never deliver it to us. They didn't deliver it on the scheduled date while we take a day off from work and wait for them. They claimed they left a message in voicemail on the scheduled date. Such a terrible lie!! We called again. And the answer we got was " are you new to Canada? Why do you call us everyday?" I mean, excuse me? Are you kidding me? Is this racism??? Don't even think of they'd refund btw. If you're reading this review and many others beneath mine, please do AVOID this place. Thank you!
Also, if you read some reviews carefully, you'd suspect they were published by the owner or employees there. What kind of reviews would say " Home style put the customer services ahead of everything?" Or " they deliver things really fast?" That doesn't sound like a review from a customer to me at all.
Follow up - be prepared to receive the owner's call after leaving a review on google!!
Finally we got the sofa after 6 months waiting. The sofa itself is good. It's made in Shanghai rather than Italy though. I don't really mind that. So We liked the sofa. Now I'm changing the review from 1 star to 3 star. If you have plenty of time, buy the sofa there. If not, maybe stick with those local brands. At last, I wish they could just tell me that the waiting period was around 6 months. Be honest!

We purchased a leather reclaining sofa with a chaise in this beautiful gray color that everybody is envious of. We came to the store with our two young kids after looking for a month or so all over GTA for a couch. Evan greeted us at the door and helped us looking around the store. We were shown many pieces of furniture and there was no rush or any pressure tactics. Any questions were answered as he is very knowledgeable about the leather furniture and what he sells. At no point we were pressured to make a decision right at the first visit, but we ended up buying it right there and then. The piece was delivered as promised and the time I called and emailed for the status, Evan answered my question quickly and professionally. The unit was delivered and assembled by the delivery guys that took the time to do the job properly. Because the unit has a recliner it is heavy and one of the walls had a small chip in it from the delivery. The wall was repaired at the Company's cost as soon as we agreed on the details. I read review on line of how horrible the store is and how bad the deliveries are. I got my product on time and the small chip that was done during delivery was fixed without any arguing or questions. I really find it hard to believe Evan would not be helpful to anybody as that's just not his style from what I can tell from my experience. ...and I didnt even spent the huge amounts of money people claim to have spent. I would recommend the store and the furniture they sell to anybody looking for good quality furniture, reasonable price and great service.
