PLEASE UPDATE YOUR MUSIC!! I love Union Lighting. As a designer , it’s my go-to for great lighting accessories. The service is also outstanding - everyone from the pick-up counter to the floor staff are helpful and great to deal with. I often spend hours in the store and the thing I can’t understand is why they still play outdated, elevator music from 1992 on repeat!! I see Union Lighting as a place that keeps up with the trends - but the music selection makes my experience in the store rather painful. It’s like having a lobotomy while I source. It’s not helpful and in my opinion is an easy fix to update the image and experience in store. Please, please make this simple change!! I think your staff might also appreciate it, too.

The service at Union is absolutely fabulous and this should be the only lighting store you ever go to in Toronto! ( plus all their gorgeous furniture and furnishings). I have bought many things over the years and they are wonderful and treasures in our home. Recently the floor lamp which I bought about 10-12 years ago would not turn on. I took it back to Union and Cecil fixed it! He is amazing and a credit to the store. I can now enjoy it for many more years. It is wonderful that the store stands behind its products. The designs are beautiful and the people are great. Thank you Cecil and thank you Union!!!

I recently went into the store and saw a display with gold and white. I had to ask for the designer for that space. As a customer I would love to see more features which displays colours . This gives us more ideas so that we buy it for our homes. Keep showing more design options

This is possibly cannabis largest lighting store. It may be the largest display of lighting in the entire country.

If you are looking for lighting for your home and have the budget this is probably the store for you. If you're looking for very economical lighting maybe Ikea. The service at the store is generally very good and they do a nice after sales service and generally will exchange items that have been damaged in shipping Etc. They also have a great selection of light bulbs which is worth mentioning because you may be looking for some strange lightbulb you cannot imagine.

I have been furnishing my new home for over a year now with beautiful pieces from Union Lighting. I cannot express what great service and delivery we have received on each and every occasion (as recently as this month). From the professional and kind sales person Jaffer,  who always  listens to our needs and manages to find the right piece for our home, to the delivery and set up. The home delivery is done with great professionalism and care, from the smallest item to the largest ipiece and any issues (should they arise) are resolved with complete satisfaction. Every room in our  new home has pieces from Union and we will continue to shop there and enjoy the beautiful furnishings  and customer service experience!
