I had an excellent experience at Union Lighting in Toronto, thanks to Krissy! Although we didn't end up purchasing a light, Krissy went above and beyond to help us. She took the time to track down some hard-to-find lights and provided thoughtful recommendations, even though we were still in the research phase. Her dedication and fantastic service truly stood out. It's rare to come across someone who’s so willing to go the extra mile, and Krissy definitely impressed us. I’ll be back for sure and highly recommend Union Lighting for their exceptional customer service!
My experience with Union lighting has been amazing both as a builder and first hand consumer. Their selection of lighting, furniture, and customer service is impeccable. Jafer is our sales representative. He’s always available to assist and certainly goes above and beyond. Their delivery service is organized and on time. Thank you all for great service!
I’ve been dealing with Walisa for the last two years finishing off all the lights for my entire home. She has been wonderful - researching for me, doing special orders, and staying in touch when new arrivals come in - thank you Walisa!
I purchased two vanity lights in March 2024. Unfortunately one light, the glass cylinder had cracked. I called Customer Service for help. They were extremely helpful, professional and kind. They replaced the glass cylinder. I also had purchased light bulbs 2 years ago and one started flickering defective, they also replaced the bulb. Thank you so much for your help!! Union lighting has been my go to in purchasing my lights. They have beautiful furnishings and I would definitely recommend.
Great service. Stephen was the greatest he fixed the mistakes for 113.20 that another firm charged me almost a thousand and couldn't do it.
