Sleep Shop

I am appalled by the woman who greeted myself and my husband today. She was extremely offensive, in particular to me, and due to that this store lost a $3,000 sale of a tempurpedic mattress. Seriously beyond appalled, was not even aware people behaved that way anymore. Would not recommend this place to anyone. To be honest even if the price were drastically cheapen than elsewhere, due to how I was treated, I still wouldn’t buy from them.

I was very satisfied with the service in the shop as well as the delivery. Delivery came on time. People were efficient and courteous. Thank you.

If you want your stuff to take a long time to get to your house order from Sleep shop or Mako furniture. I'm very dissatisfied with how long it has been taking for our order. They told us a month from the day we ordered which was in October 15 of 2016 it now is January 06 of 2017 and let me tell you we still don't have our complete order we got some items but not all of it at once. Crazy how much you pay for your stuff and still you end up waiting and calling them to remind them your still waiting for your items. They keep telling us that they're going to call us!!! Don't buy from them you'll be disapointed.
