Bishops Centre

Went to the store today and so impressed with their selection. No pressure sales staff! We purchased a beautiful patio sectional from them last year and we love it! Excellent quality of both cushions and the frame. Also had it delivered and they were respectful and even offered to set it up for us as there were connecting pieces. Would definitely purchase from Bishop's again.

Bought faulty firebowls for $5,000 from Bishops Centre. They fell apart in our back yard. Had to waste so much time trying to get our money back and the owner Randy Bishop kept trying to negotiate the return price??? I would say the most unprofessional and shady company I've ever dealt with. Had to take them to court, the owner was arrested for failing to appear. He ended up with a summons to appear and if he didn't show would be put in jail. His bookkeeper ended up calling us a couple of days before he was to appear in court and said the owner would pay the amount in full. He finally paid the money owed to us. I would never recommend even walking into this guy's shop! Business is built on integrity and this guy obviously has none.

Great selection for outdoor furniture and hot tubs. As a business owner I know it's hard to please everyone.
