We recently purchased and Love Seat and lift top coffee table from the Ashley HomeStore in Abbotsford on Sumas Way. I must say I was so pleased with our sales representative Simarpreet Dhadwar, he was a no pressure sales person, gave us the product details / spec's and then left us to test it out and look it over. He was always close by and available for my questions. It was a great purchase experience and a very nice show room. UNLIKE La-Z-Boy in Langley that had NO STOCK see my purchase experience review I will NEVER purchase anything from La-Z-Boy again.nWe just received our furniture purchase today and the delivery personal were so nice, thank you!nWe have just started to replace our furniture and will definitely be returning to Ashey HomeStore in Abbotsford and would highly recommend them.nThank you again!

A few weeks ago a sales agent, Jagjot, helped me find a sofa bed for my rec room. She was very helpful and friendly. It arrived at my home today and I’m very happy with my purchase and the whole experience from my initial visit to delivery and setup. The delivery team was professional, easy to talk to, respectful of my home and got the job done efficiently. They also took the time to show me how to use it properly. Highly recommend.

Ashley Furniture has a serious structural problem as a company. They sell defective products, distort customer records, and avoid responsibility.nIn my case, I received damaged furniture from Coquitlam store, returned it, and I am still waiting for proper service. The mattress I bought for nearly $2,000 sagged, had no label, and was replaced with another second-hand defective mattress marked “no warranty.” When I asked for a proper replacement, Ashley refused, saying there was “no problem in use.”nAnd think about this: they delivered defective furniture, then charged me delivery fees, and when they came back to pick it up, they charged me pickup fees again. How can that possibly be fair? Even now, after more than four exhausting months, they still have not sent me a final corrected invoice.nWhen I posted a Google review, an employee named Rose quickly reached out, acting like she would help. But in reality, she only revealed the ugly side of Ashley—distorting what employees said, avoiding accountability, and then disappearing without solving anything.nAshley is a company that specializes in empty apologies, not real solutions. Customers deserve better.n Be warned: if you buy from Ashley, there is a very high chance you will end up receiving used or defective furniture and mattresses.

Great customer service from Michael Boese at Abbotsford location. I didn't have a lot of time to check but told him what I needed. He is very efficient and found what I was looking for. I went in to pay and now waiting for delivery. I will absolutely return. Thanks for all you hard work. Am very pleased with the service!
