Ashley Furniture Home Store

We were looking for a dining room table and chairs and I had something specific in mind and I wasn’t sure if it actually existed. We went to basically every furniture store in town and found “the one” at Ashley. It’s a beautiful, sturdy set and we are very happy with our purchase. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Purchased a beautiful new dining room table set. Love the quality of furniture and styles they carry. Only reason I'm giving a 4 star is we were completely ignored when we first walked in the store. The sales people were helping other customers but noticed a lot of other staff sitting throughout store. A simple "hi and someone will be right with you" would have been nice. We waited probably 25 minutes before we were helped. This after the sales person had walked past us to approach another couple who were walking out of the store. Once that couple left without buying anything, the sales person finally approached us as we were obviously there to buy. We had been to several other furniture stores that day with our 2 yr old in tow, so having to wait without any acknowledgement was painstaking for him. If I could rate the customer service and the furniture itself in 2 different categories it would be as follows. Customer service would be a 3/5 Quality and style of stock 5/5. Not disappointed with our purchase, just a little disappointed with the non existent acknowledgement while we were clearly looking for help.

Was out looking for counter stools for my Island and decided to check out Ashley Furniture. once I entered the store I was not mobbed right away by a sale rep and was allowed to look for what I was looking for. I saw Nichole off to the side and I asked her where I'd find kitchen stools and she took me to them. She asked me a few questions as to what I was looking for and I found the best stools to fit my needs. Nichole was great! No pressure from her at all as to buying something of greater cost. I have recommended Ashley to a few of my best friends to check out any needs for furniture upgrades with no sales pressure. Once again thanks Nichole.

Very expensive. Bought 4 bar stools and returned one 2 days later and they do not do cash refund. Instead I loose 20 purchase price and the remaining balance I can use to purchase something else. I will never recommend Ashley furniture store to anyone.

Thank you Karen Cameron. I was shocked when they called and said my sofa was ready. My brother told me it is so comfortable and he loves it. That says a lot. Definitely will be back and ask for you. Thank you so much. Darlene Hammond
