I booked a truck a few days ago for tomorrow. Home depot sent an email at 5:20 pm today saying my reservation got confirmed and another email at 5:45 saying they cancelled my reservation due to availability.nnIn order to move, people have tonn- reserve elevator with their buildingn- find people to help with the moven- arrange any other work related activitiesnnWhen you cancel a truck rental one night before, it really puts your clients in terrible situation. It also makes me think what kind of inventory and scheduling system you have. You can’t have a truck available at 5:20 pm and not available at 5:45 pm especially if it was booked a few days in advance. That’s totally not acceptable !!! Moreover, the same thing happened to me with Home Depot a second time now with another one of their location
