I mostly use the printing services. The self-serve copy and print centre is efficient and easy to use. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. At the printing centre, I've received excellent service. The representative was patient and helped me look at all my options, suggesting solutions that would better suit my needs. I cannot currently comment on any other departments.
