Lovely place and a nice collection of furniture, zero issues :
.Customer service at the store has declined. A middle-aged sales woman asked me to hold after I told her what I wanted to buy. She then approached some people tha arrived way after me. They were her acquaintances after waiting for the sales rep for more than 30 minutes she was still chatting with them. I was able to hear that was nothing urgent or related tobthe merchandise. I felt insulted, was it due to the fact that I was minority latina? Don't know for a fact. What I know is that I will never go back there and I discourage anyone to go to the Lachenaie store. There are other RD furniture stores in the area and online and I recommend to choose them instead.
**update** Also, somehow RD surplus got a hold of our email address and started sending us advertising without permission!! So not right and, if I had any intention of buying anything there, I now have been completely turned off!** ------------------------------------------------------------------ Nice place, salespeople are a bit pushy. They say no pressure but then they keep coming back to push. Not my thing.
Tried to return a product purchased in another Meubles RD branch and was told it is impossible to cancel a contract from another branch. Returns must be made in the same branch.

Good place to find cheaper furniture. Not the ideal place to find very very high quality furniture like genuine leather sofas etc. However, a lot of the same furniture found elsewhere was usually more expensive.
Getting told by the cashier that she's always right when she made a billing mistake of 150$ extra! She was rude and should not serve clients.
