Linda H was incredibly helpful when we needed to purchase a new refrigerator.  She was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.  There was a great selection of merchandise.  They have frequent sales They offer a military discount  on most items.  There was plenty of parking and it's easy to locate.

This is the Costco of Home improvement stores in Kitsap. Come early in the morning or in the evening. Not on payday not on a sunny weekend. Half the time when you do curbside pickup no one comes you have to call the store or go in and get your items yourself. There's a good chance there's going to be a grumpy guy who thinks he knows everything yelling at an innocent retail worker. I've seen it a couple times especially at the rental encounter. You need a real ID and you need to scan a QR code to rent your item. If you're not capable of either one of those things don't be mad at the guy at the front counter. Keep it pushing.

Was browsing kitchen options for my upcoming remodel in a year or so and Sunshine was such a great help. She pointed me in the right direction to figure out what kind of cabinets I wanted, how to best choose my colors, and a quick rundown on how the consultation would go. She was so easy to talk to and I will definitely be giving her a call if Home depot carries the things we need for the remodel.

Silverdale Home Depot is really great. Employees are helpful, happy and respectful. This is by far one of the best in-store experiences I've had in a long time. I am thankful to be in the area for a little while. I will be using this store and location without a doubt.  Thank you to Home Depot for doing something right. All their employees happy to be at work. Tacoma is just Tacoma so can't blame anybody for thinking the worst from everybody who enters a store. Bremerton is different

Was in the garden center checkout line at around 1:35pm on July 18 2025 and witnessed an older gentleman asking for a price check to the cashier at the time. The man at the register politely told him the price and where the price is in the area he picked up some stakes from and the man refused to listen and started talking about how he has been a customer at home depot for 35 years and got extremely angry very fast. I just wanted to write this review to emphasize the grace and good customer service that the cashier handled the situation. I did not get his name, but he deserves praise. The man at the register did not fire back, just offered solutions calmly until the transaction was over and the man left, slightly less angry. I hope that interaction did not get that cashier down as he did nothing wrong. This is the kind of employees you need to have at this store!
