Current mattress was from SleepCountry; not sure when bought, but it's been some years. Seriously need a new one, but Marcus found Simmons no longer makes Deep Sleep model (VERY comfortable!), plus I had a height limit (mattress is in a waterbed frame with headboard doors that swing open), and few mattresses are only 11" deep. Marcus pointed out the shallower models and said sure, try them out, didn't rush me or hover nearby, but answered my questions and suggested options. Spent an hour there, and chose a memory foam, which he said could be delivered next day ... perfect!; also, quite inexpensive considering today's prices (a bonus). A very pleasant experience; looking forward to better nights' sleep than recently. Thanks, Marcus!

So happy I Choose to stop in by Mattress Firm before any other place in Kitsap. Me and my husband needed a new bed for a while and let me tell you we walked out with one for us and one for my brother in law. Not only did we save with their Labor Day Sale but we were assisted with such awesome customer service. Very greatful for Steve's help. Stop by you won't regret it! They make sure your taken care of! Excited to get our new bed delivered tomorrow ☺️

We came in for a new mattress, and walked out with one for us, as well as one for the kiddo. Very helpful in answering our questions! If we're ever in the market for another mattress, we'll be returning.

Went in and was greeted by Cheryl Gartner who was very helpful! She showed us 4 beds and was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us find exactly what we needed and wanted! We were in and out in about an hour with everything taken care of the first trip. It's free delivery and they set it up for you as well. The prices were really good on all of there selections and Cheryl (manager) helped us get the right price for what we wanted. The bed and frame were delivered today installation and set up was fast but the movers were a bit rough with moving things around. But all in all it was an awesome first bed buying experience!
