My husband bought my wedding ring set almost 4 years ago. Every year I have to send it out for yearly inspection due to my lifetime warranty plus resizing. Usually it takes three weeks and almost 2 months later I still don't have my ring back. The managers have been super rude and uncaring after calling me saying my ring is finally ready for pick up and come to find out they sent someone else's ring to me! The company they work with for their rings will not send my ring back until their error is fixed. This is the most horrible experience I've had and I don't know if I can trust them next year when I send my ring out for inspection again.

Bought top of the line #sears #Kenmore dishwasher. Warranty expired by 1 month...dishwasher 1 year old and ran a normal family of 4 dishes. $125 to have #a&eappliance tell me that the motor was bad and $450 to replace...what a joke! I will never shop @sears again. The technician stated “you must have gotten a faulty/lemon washer”. Sure wish I read social media reviews first. I can see why they are a failing company. Update since this post...after all this I end up speaking with store manager weeks after who states I got a lemon and they would provide us with a new washer. They fully refunded the initial purchase. Put it back towards a new washer and split the difference with me on install and remaining balance. The install company was subpar and difficult to arrange the install but did a good job after. Overall, I’m satisfied. Lesson learned go to the store and talk to manager.

I got my kitchen Stove and Range the Dishwaher all of it. I gave my Email address. Holey love of God!!! 5 Emails a day begging me to come back. What the hell. I will never step foot into that store or any Sears again. Please just back off.

Sears, after 30 years of buying, is still my go to place for most of my tool buying. They usually have some pretty good deals and sometimes you get "Surprise Points" and a coupon. Today I picked up a 230 piece socket/mechanics set "valued" at $199 for $65. Very pleased. Almost all with life time warranty. If you shop smart, you can get some amazing deals. Sadly they are begging for business and understaffed, but still a great place for tools.
